Terms of Use
Effective June 22, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RoofFetch.com. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
1. What RoofFetch does
RoofFetch is a marketing and contractor-matching service. RoofFetch may review information you submit and offer the request to a participating independent roofing contractor whose service area, project focus, and availability appear to fit. RoofFetch generally offers a request to one contractor at a time, but may offer another match if the first contractor cannot serve the project or does not respond.
RoofFetch is not a roofing contractor and does not inspect roofs, provide contractor estimates, perform construction, issue warranties, supervise work, collect contractor payments, or become a party to any agreement between a homeowner and contractor.
2. Independent contractors
Participating contractors are independent businesses. They control their inspections, pricing, scopes, schedules, contracts, permits, insurance, warranties, employees, subcontractors, and work performance. RoofFetch facilitates introductions but does not direct or control a contractor’s services or business decisions.
You are responsible for independently reviewing a contractor’s identity, references, insurance, written scope, contract terms, warranties, and any credentials required for the work.
3. No insurance, public-adjusting, legal, or financial services
RoofFetch does not determine insurance coverage, claim value, causation, depreciation, deductibles, or insurer obligations. Website information is general educational information only and is not legal, insurance, public-adjusting, tax, or financial advice. Questions about coverage or claims should be directed to your insurer or an appropriately licensed professional.
4. Estimator and pricing information
Cost-estimator results are nonbinding planning ranges based on approximate information and general assumptions. They are not bids, appraisals, insurance valuations, coverage decisions, or promises of final price. Actual measurements, materials, access, decking, code requirements, permits, labor, warranties, and market conditions can materially change the final price.
5. Your information and responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to submit requests only for properties or projects you are authorized to discuss. Do not submit confidential identifiers or documents such as Social Security numbers, bank information, policy numbers, claim numbers, or private insurance documents through the form.
6. Contact consent
If you check the consent box and submit a request, you authorize RoofFetch to share that request with a matched independent contractor and authorize RoofFetch and the matched contractor to contact you by phone, text message, or email about the project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Fees and compensation
Homeowners do not pay RoofFetch to submit a request. Participating contractors may pay RoofFetch a marketing, subscription, referral, or lead fee. Any roofing price, deposit, financing arrangement, or payment obligation is between you and the contractor unless RoofFetch expressly states otherwise in writing.
8. Service availability and response times
Matches depend on participating-contractor coverage, project fit, and current availability. Response times may vary because of weather, workload, service area, and the information included in the request.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit fraudulent or misleading requests, interfere with security, scrape or copy site content at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
The RoofFetch name, logo, website design, text, estimator presentation, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to RoofFetch and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and matching service are provided "as is" and "as available." RoofFetch disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, contractor quality, and project outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofFetch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from contractor acts or omissions, property damage, personal injury, delays, pricing, claims, contracts, warranties, communications, or reliance on estimator results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to another enforceable agreement will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
