This Privacy Policy explains how RoofFetch ("RoofFetch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through RoofFetch.com and related communications. RoofFetch operates a roofing-contractor matching and marketing service.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including:

• Contact details such as name, phone number, and email address.
• Property and project details such as ZIP code, requested service, and any optional project description you choose to provide.
• Payment-path information such as whether you expect to use insurance, cash, financing, or are not yet sure.
• Estimator entries and planning-range results.
• Basic technical and usage data collected by our hosting, security, and analytics providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral page, and site activity.

Please do not submit policy numbers, claim numbers, Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, medical information, or private insurance documents through the request form.

How we use information

• Review and respond to roofing-match requests.
• Identify a participating contractor whose service area, project focus, and availability appear to fit the request.
• Send service-related messages and help contractors contact homeowners about submitted projects.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website, estimator, forms, and business processes.
• Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights and safety.

How we share information

RoofFetch generally shares a request with one participating roofing contractor at a time. If the first contractor is unavailable or the project is outside their current scope, RoofFetch may offer the request to another participating contractor. A contractor that receives your request may contact you directly about the project.

We may also share information with service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security, analytics, and business operations; with authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes; or as part of a business transfer or reorganization.

Homeowners do not pay RoofFetch to submit a request. Participating contractors may pay RoofFetch marketing or lead fees. RoofFetch does not sell personal information to unrelated companies for their own independent advertising purposes.

Communications

When you submit a request and provide consent, RoofFetch and a matched contractor may contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask the sender to stop future texts or calls, but service-related communications already in progress may still be completed.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to process requests, operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your request, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You may also ask us not to offer your information to another contractor. Send requests to support@rooffetch.com.

Children

RoofFetch is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party services

Independent contractors and linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices. RoofFetch is not responsible for how an independent contractor handles information after receiving a match request. Review the contractor’s privacy and business practices before providing additional sensitive information.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be posted prominently on the site.
